With the lack of customer service, no attention to detail, not delivering what is promised and non professionalism. Please use caution if you are looking to use this company for your funeral needs. Initial Interview - The lady handling arrangements asked the wife of the deceased who her husband was as to which she had to say the one that is dead. Frank “Campy” Camporeale, 79, of Clifton, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday December 6, 2022. Born and raised in Hoboken, Frank lived in Rutherford from 1970 until 1995 when he and his family moved to Clifton where they have resided since. Prior to retirement in 2004, he had been employed with the United States Postal Service as a Letter Carrier with the Hackensack Post Office for 36 years.
They asked the pallbearers of to help push the casket to the grave and we had to lower the casket into a Polymer Vault that we had paid extra for. The funeral home sealed the Vault and while trying to lower the vault into the ground, they broke the lid and ruined the vault. The funeral home had not informed the grave side crew to bring the correct equipment for this vault. The two sons stayed out at the grave side until they funeral home could deliver a Steel Vault from Sulphur Springs.
They agreed, but started moving his body in front of everyone. We asked them to let us all leave the chapel and then they could do it. Right before visitation the lady managing the service informed us that they did not want us to go to the grave side after the funeral the next day due to it being a small area.
Anna Maziarski, 97, of Clifton, passed away December 11, 2022. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mrs. Maziarski resided in Clifton for most of her life. She also lived in Bricktown, NJ before returning to Clifton. Mrs. Maziarski had been employed as the manager of the Lock Box at Valley National Bank in Passaic before her retirement.
